Wash the cups, drain well and wipe with a kitchen towel or paper towels.
Beat the eggs and incorporate the flour. Mix well and leave for 5-10 minutes to mix.
Pour oil into a saucepan and heat well.
Roll the cups through the previously prepared composition, then add the breadcrumbs in which I put: salt, paprika and pepper, to taste.
Fry the cups in hot oil. Brown on both sides over a suitable heat, so as not to burn. When ready, drain the oil on a few paper towels and place in a bowl.
Bread cups can be served with mashed potatoes, natural, fried or with rice pilaf and pickles.
