First we prepare dough:

Mix the milk with the water (warm), add the sugar and yeast and melt them.

Meanwhile, cut the mozzarella into cubes, drain the oil from the tuna, cut the julienne onion and season with tomato paste.

Put the tomato puree in a bowl and add salt, oregano, basil leaves, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a can of drained tuna oil, then mix.

30 minutes before baking the pizza, turn the oven to 250 °.

When the dough has risen, we put it on the floured table and with our hands we spread a sheet as big as the baking tray, which we put in the tray greased with a little oil (put oil on a napkin and grease the tray with it), then we put the seasoned puree on top. , we spread it on the whole surface and sprinkle the remaining tuna on top (the 2 boxes), then we put it in the hot oven.

After 15-20 minutes, take the tray out and put the julienne onion on the pizza, then bake for another 5-10 minutes, then take it out again and put the whole mozzarella on the surface, then put it in the oven until the mozzarella melts and starts to brown.

To see if it's ready, pick up the pizza and if it's browned on the bottom, it's ready.

After removing it from the oven, sprinkle a little oregano on top and add a little olive oil.

Serve with more appetite.

P r e p a r a r e:
I spread the thin pizza top with tomato sauce (or broth) and sprinkled with dried and chopped oregano. I drained the canned tuna, pieces or chopped, and distributed it evenly on the pizza. I cut the onion into juliennes and put it in the same way, as evenly as possible, on top of the tuna. At the end I sprinkled grated cheese.

I put it in the oven over high heat for 10 minutes, until the cheese melted. Be very careful not to burn on the counter!

I cut the pizza into slices and served it to everyone's preference with ketchup or other sauces.
The top is thin and seems to melt in your mouth. Personally, I am absolutely delighted with it.
