First we prepare dough:

Mix the milk with the water (warm), add the sugar and yeast and melt them.

sift the flour in a bowl and mix with the salt, then in the middle make a fountain and put the liquid (water, milk, yeast and sugar) and start kneading vigorously (if the dough is too soft, add a little more flour), then along gradually add the oil and continue kneading until you get an elastic and non-sticky dough (I used the robot and left it to knead for 15-20 minutes at speed 3).

After we have finished kneading, we put a kitchen towel on a wooden base, we sprinkle flour on the towel, we place the dough in the middle, we sprinkle it with a little flour, we cover it and we leave it to rise for about 3 hours.

Meanwhile, cut the mozzarella into cubes, drain the oil from the tuna, cut the julienne onion and season with tomato paste.

Put the tomato puree in a bowl and add salt, oregano, basil leaves, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a can of drained tuna oil, then mix.

30 minutes before baking the pizza, turn the oven to 250 °.

When the dough has risen, we put it on the floured table and with our hands we spread a sheet as big as the baking tray, which we put in the tray greased with a little oil (put oil on a napkin and grease the tray with it), then we put the seasoned puree on top. , we spread it on the whole surface and sprinkle the remaining tuna on top (the 2 boxes), then we put it in the hot oven.

After 15-20 minutes, take the tray out and put the julienne onion on the pizza, then bake for another 5-10 minutes, then take it out again and put the whole mozzarella on the surface, then put it in the oven until the mozzarella melts and starts to brown.

To see if it's ready, pick up the pizza and if it's browned on the bottom, it's ready.

After removing it from the oven, sprinkle a little oregano on top and add a little olive oil.

Serve with more appetite.

Mediterranean pizza with tuna and red onion. - Recipes

I'm a big fan of pizza, especially in recent years, and since I started cooking intensely, eating pizza has become a habit kept especially for going out, something possible and accessible in my own kitchen. Plus I make my own combinations, quantities and get rid of the panic of not knowing what they contain.

N e c e s a r e:
1 pizza wheat
1 can of tuna in its own juice
1 red onion
150g cheese
tomato sauce or broth
oregano.

P r e p a r a r e:
I spread the thin pizza top with tomato sauce (or broth) and sprinkled with dried and chopped oregano. I drained the canned tuna, pieces or chopped, and distributed it evenly on the pizza. I cut the onion into juliennes and put it in the same way, as evenly as possible, on top of the tuna. At the end I sprinkled grated cheese.

I put it in the oven over high heat for 10 minutes, until the cheese melted. Be very careful not to burn on the counter!

I cut the pizza into slices and served it to everyone's preference with ketchup or other sauces.
The top is thin and seems to melt in your mouth. Personally, I am absolutely delighted with it.
