One of the recipes that caught my eye was the one for some nutella muffins. Just fire!

Ingredient:

  • 300 gr. nutella
  • 10 tablespoons flour
  • 2 eggs
  • vanilla or other favorite flavors (cinnamon, orange essence, etc.)

Nor could it be simpler: mix all the ingredients in a bowl until smooth. The composition thus obtained is placed in a special tray for muffins / muffins & # 8211 I just christened it with this recipe. ice cream.

Place the tray in the oven at 180 degrees for approx. 25-30 minutes, depending on the composition. I check very easily if they were baked with a toothpick: if the composition remains on the toothpick & # 8211 it has to stay if there is nothing left & # 8211 the baking is ready.

Super-quick muffins with Nutella

It is definitely the fastest muffin recipe! Keep the recipe close, because it will get you out of trouble when you don't think about it! Dessert can also take the form of cookies. Partial inspiration from here.

Ingredient:

Eggs- 2 (can be from the fridge)
Nutella - 3 tablespoons (at room temperature)
Esenta rom- 1/2 tbsp
Flour 000- 10 tablespoons
Hydrated almonds (put in water at least 30 minutes before use, otherwise they can not be cleaned well)
Butter for greasing the forms

Method of preparation:

1-Beat the eggs a little with a fork, as for an omelet.
2-Add Nutella, rum essence and mix well until smooth.
3-Add the flour gradually, homogenizing after each tranche added. The resulting dough will be relatively soft and very sticky.
4-Grease the muffin tins with a little butter and pour the dough. If you opt for cookies, put the dough with a spoon in the tray lined with baking paper.
5-Sprinkle with chopped almonds.
6-Bake in the preheated oven, on low heat, on the top level, only until it thickens (about 10-15 minutes).


Recipe of the day: Nutella muffins

Nutella muffins from: flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, brown sugar, eggs, oil, vanilla essence, milk, nutella.

Ingredient:

  • 300 g of flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 120 g of brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 ml oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 180 ml of milk
  • nutella, to taste

Method of preparation:

Mix together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Beat the sugar with the eggs and incorporate into the flour mixture.

Stir in the vanilla oil and milk and mix well until smooth.

In a muffin tray, place paper forms and fill half with the dough, then add a teaspoon of nutella.


Bake at 180 C for about 25 minutes.


  • 300 gr poppy seeds, 150 gr nutella
  • 3 tablespoons honey, 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 eggs, 1 apple peeled and grated
  • 3 tablespoons white flour
  • Powdered sugar and a little orange juice for the icing

Now we can take care of the glaze. In a bowl put the powdered sugar and a few tablespoons of orange juice. Mix well. If the icing is too thick, we can add a few drops of water.

At the end, we poured the icing over the muffins taken out of the oven. These muffins are delicious with coffee, but go just as well with a cup of tea. You can prepare them whenever you feel like something sweet. Have fun with your loved ones.


INGREDIENTS FOR 10 PORTIONS

Another wonderful recipe in which we combine 2 beloved desserts: cheesecake and Nutella. It is made quickly, without baking, so it is perfect for summer: cheesacake with Nutella, according to the recipe of the famous Nigella Lawson.

In a food processor, crush the digestive biscuits, add the butter and a tablespoon (15 g) of Nutella and mix them until you see that they are homogenous. Add 25 g / 3 tablespoons of crushed hazelnuts and continue to mix until you get a mixture of sandy consistency.

Place the mixture on the bottom of a low tray (of any shape you want) and press with the fingertips, the bottom of a glass or a spoon until it is even. Refrigerate and start making the cream.

Beat the mascarpone with the powdered sugar until silky and add the rest of the Nutella, stirring until smooth.

Take the tray out of the fridge and carefully spread the Nutella cream over the counter. Sprinkle the remaining ground hazelnuts on top.


Puff pastry with nutella

Puff pastry recipes are extremely simple and tasty, when you go shopping you can take a packet of dough to keep in the freezer and when you feel like something that is made quickly, defrost it and prepare it in various forms. Pâtés, wheat fields, strudels, pies with all kinds of fillings. It's true that they are not very healthy, but if you don't exaggerate with them I say it's okay :)

I won't write much about nutella, honestly I don't really like it, but children like it just like Oreo biscuits. Same with her, rarely is she healthier.

Returning to the recipe, when working with puff pastry you must follow some simple rules that otherwise if you have time you can read on the package, namely: the dough must be allowed to thaw at room temperature, and the oven must be heated to a temperature high, respectively 200 degrees Celsius.

Puff pastry with nutella

As I wrote, let the dough thaw at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and get to work. We cut the dough into 2 cm thick strips and then we cut them into rectangles, I cut them about 8-10 cm.

In a rectangle we make small notches with the tip of the knife (see photo) this part of the dough will be on top.

Put nutella on a strip of dough then put the other side on top (the one with notches) and press well on the edges. Do the same with the rest of the dough. On top you can grease with water and sprinkle a little sugar, I gave up on it not to be too sweet.

Put the puff pastry in a tray lined with baking paper and bake them for 15 minutes (it took me so long), you will see that they grow and brown nicely on top. Excluded from opening the oven door during baking.

We take them out on a plate, let them cool and then serve them with a coffee or a cup of milk.

They are good and tender & # 8230 about calories we are not talking about now :)
