- 12 pie sheets (in a package)
- 12 large apples
- 1 cup and a half brown sugar
- a cup and a half of water
- a spoon full of cinnamon
- 100 gr butter
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Apple pie:
Grate the apples and mix with the cinnamon.
Put the water in a kettle and bring it to a boil together with the sugar, vanilla and butter.
Take two sheets each and fill them with plenty of apples on almost the entire surface, then roll them. We will get six rolls that we place in the lined tray if possible with butter and flour. if you proceed as I did (I put a baking sheet) you will have to fork with the detachment of the pie from the tray (the sheet will soften very much regardless of its quality. I have suffered this is not the first time and I still have not learned mind ... LOL! Pour the hot syrup lightly on top.
Bake the pie at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
We take it out and serve it as desired. Is wonderful!
If you are making a fasting pie, replace the butter with coconut butter
