Chilli with meat. Simple and quick recipe

Wash and chop the onions, carrots, bell peppers and celery, then cook them for 5 minutes in olive oil over low heat. When browned, add the minced turkey and lightly brown for 10 minutes. Put the diced tomatoes (with juice), canned beans, drained, drained corn and season with salt, black pepper, sugar and chilli, as desired.

  • 400 g canned tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 400 g boiled red beans
  • salt
  • pepper

Finely chop the onion, garlic and bell pepper. Put a pot with a little oil on the fire. When the oil has heated up, add the onion and garlic and, after a few minutes, the pepper. Saute the vegetables together for 5-10 minutes, then add the spices.

When I miss spicy food, with a different, less traditional taste, the thought leads me to Chilli con carne. I learned the recipe from my daughter, and it's been a while since she became the soul recipe.

Do not be afraid of the large number of ingredients, they are not something special that is not found, they are important because they make the taste of this dish, special and unique.

500 ml thick tomato broth

400 g peeled tomatoes

410 g canned red beans

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes

2-3 cubes of dark chocolate

Chop the onion and garlic and put them in a pan to harden a little. Add the chopped pepper, chilli, paprika and cumin.

Stir quickly and add the minced meat. When it starts to fry, add the tomatoes and mix to mix.

Match salt, pepper, add cinnamon, sugar and simmer for half an hour.

Stir from time to time then add the red beans, cover and simmer for another half hour. When mixing, we make it easy so as not to crush the beans.

At the end, add the dark chocolate cubes, stir to melt and you're done.

Peasant onion stew recipe with meat

Chilli con carne and guacamole with basil (Recipes for both)

For inspiration, I follow the Instagram account of my friend Andreea, from Taste Bazaar, who cooks very well. The other day he made chilli con carne and made me want it.
90% of the recipes from anywhere I modify according to my own taste and so I did with that.

Chilli with meat

350 grams of beef
200 grams of pork (no fat)
6 cloves green garlic
A medium onion
4 small carrots
A celery thread (received from the neighbor)
2 teaspoons smoked paprika

Half a cinnamon stick
A box of red beans
Mashed tomatoes and mashed potatoes (half a box each).

I minced the meat on the robot.
I cut the vegetables into pieces, except for the carrots, which I cut into thin slices.

2 ripe avocados
A few basil leaves
A few parsley leaves

5 green onion threads
Lime juice (half lime)
