I took the pie sheets out of the freezer and left them to thaw.

Because I made a smaller amount of pie, I used only 4 sheets, which I cut in half. Thus I obtained 8 smaller sheets, 5 of them I put on the bottom of the tray and 3 on top.

I put cheese, sour cream, eggs, raisins and sugar in the robot's bowl and mixed.

I added rum essence and vanilla sugar and ... ready cream cheese.

I greased the pie tray with a little butter and lined it with baking paper.

I layered 5 sheets of pie, each well greased with butter, until I formed the base layer.

I put the cream cheese on top and the other three sheets (greased with butter) over the cream.

I put the tray in the hot oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

At the end, so that the sheets would not be crumbly, I brushed with a little water and covered the pie with a towel.

I cut the pie, placed it on a plate and sprinkled powdered sugar.
