In my opinion, pizza is a very nutritious dish full of vitamins, because if we prepare it with a thin countertop, we will have a small amount of carbohydrates and the rest can be made of meat (chicken, beef, ham, sausages, salami , tuna, seafood), vegetables (tomatoes, corn, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms), fruits (olives, pineapple, apple), dairy products (cheese, cheese, mozzarella), greens, spices and sauces. so I could have a little of each category on a pizza)

Generally, pizza can be prepared with almost any kind of meat, vegetables, fruits. we just have to know the right combinations, but even so, it doesn't hurt to do more experiments and combine new tastes)

I offer below a pizza recipe, which I called maxi, because it is a large pizza with many wonders that will delight our taste buds)

  • cherry tomatoes - 2-3 pieces
  • tomato paste - 50 gr
  • red onion - 1 small piece

ALCHEMY:

For starters, turn on the oven to heat it up!

We cut the babicul or ghiudem into thin slices, we cut the ham into small cubes, we clean the onion and we chop it into small cubes, the mushrooms if they are fresh, we wash and chop them into thin slices, if they are from the jar we chop them smaller, we dissolve the tomato paste in a little hot water, add the pepper and oregano in it, cut the cherry tomatoes into rounds and grate the cheese (small or large, it doesn't matter).

Grease the pan with a little oil, put the glue in the pan, grease the glue with tomato paste with oregano, fish, put 2/3 of the amount of cheese, add the ham and babic, then the olives, onions, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes and the rest of the cheese. put it in the hot oven for 5-7 minutes. because the glue is very thin, it will be done quickly, in order for the top to do well, the oven must be very hot, and if we have an oven with a flame on top, we can, after it has been done in the one below, and 1-2 minutes the fire from above to brown well on top!

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Rub the cleaned garlic with salt and pepper in a deep bowl.

2. Thaw the shrimp, sprinkle with olive oil, add the spices with garlic and mix well.

3. Place the glue on the tray and grease it with half the amount of olive oil, distribute the shrimp, artichokes and finely chopped mozzarella evenly over the entire surface of the glue. Sprinkle the pizza with the remaining olive oil and put it in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. The thin countertop pizza is ready. Decorate it with washed basil leaves.
