I admit that I was suspicious when I started doing it, I even said that it just makes me smart and makes me ruin the ingredients. But I was wrong, it's really smart.
- 5 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 125 g margarine rama
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
- 5 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 l of milk

RECIPE PREPARATION Smart cake:
Melt the margarine with the sugar on a steam bath and leave it to cool. Rub the yolks with the vanilla sugar, beat the egg whites until stiff. Add in the yolks margarine (still warm), then flour, cold milk and beaten egg whites. Mix slowly until it becomes a homogeneous composition. Grease a medium tray (if the tray is large, double the quantities) in which to pour the composition. Put it in the oven with a very low heat, put the tray on the top step of the oven and leave it in the oven for an hour, do not open the oven.
Powder with sugar while hot and cut cold.
