Then beat the egg whites well with salt and when it is well beaten, add 200 gr of sugar and continue mixing well until the sugar has melted, then pour the egg whites over the yolk and with a spatula incorporate well from the bottom up until it is homogenous.

The obtained composition is placed in a tray (mine is 45 / 35cm.) Lined with baking paper, level with a spatula then place the fruit, put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 min. We do the test with the toothpick. We take out and powder with flour sugar, portioning according to preference.
